I have had mostly positive experience as at Smil. The staff are competent and friendly. The techs explain the process that is being done.

Nicole truly went above and beyond, and made me feel so supported and cared for the entire appointment. Considering I was the last appointment of the day, and actually the last patient in the office, I never felt rushed, it was the total opposite! Sometimes I have found being the last appointment of the day is risky because providers just want to go home, but she was still meticulous and well thought through. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Bedside manner is something that is missing in a lot of this industry, but not with Nicole. She is empathetic, gentle, kind-hearted, and truly one of my favorite providers I have ever seen. From start to finish, I felt seen, validated, and taken care of. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her!
