After a not no good experience with one of the technicians a few years ago, I dreaded going back to the 2nd st and brown location. I had an overdue mammogram. I called ahead and Jennifer made sure I had a great experience getting my mammogram completed. The front staff and the technician were amazing unstanding and compassionate. Everything went really well.

Great experience each time

Have had other things here that went well, but had a great experience today (yes, at the Highland location). I wish I had noted the names of the techs but I was in for an MRI at 2:40pm today. This was a reschedule because the first time it turned out I was more claustrophobic than I thought! Even in the roomier machine. Yikes. But with a little help from a mild to moderate dose of clonazepam, since I didn’t want to be sedated, and the 2 friendly techs, all went great. Easy as pie. No prob. The techs ...

Last week, I had to bring my 2-year-old daughter in for emergency X-rays, and she was understandably scared and crying. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported. From getting us in on short notice, to the front desk offering her stickers and snacks, to the kind man who brought us a warm blanket while my daughter napped on me—every interaction was filled with compassion and care. Thank you all so much for your kindness and wonderful treatment.

My appointment was quickly accommodated on short notice, and both the receptionist and the technician were kind and thorough.

Professional and friendly reception staff. Tech was efficient and chatted during scan. From time I entered reception area until I exited was less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Fast and efficient

SMIL is always kind and efficient. I get anxiety for testing, so I request them when I need imaging. They are compassionate and quick as possible but thorough.
