Interesting decor, lots to look at while you are waiting. Reasonable staff, not super friendly but not rude. Not 5 stars because this is the second time I've been there seeing the same issue. The door to the suite is not handicapped accessible it is very hard to get in if you are on crutches or in a wheelchair. My mother is only on a cane but if she had to maintain her balance while trying to hold a door open that is actively trying to close I could foresee some difficulty. Staff is so friendly and wait time is good.

I had a appointment for ultrasound on my legs, checking for blood clots. It was a easy process checking in. I was probably in and out with in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend SMIL.

Just an opinion - looks and feels you are on employee overload. Check-in required 2 stops with 2 different people. All were pleasant / professional

If I can give a 10 star I would. I aint gonna lie. I was stressing all week long about this MRI and MRA. I went down the rabbit hole on web MD. I know. So I was panicking when I got there. They showed me the wide bore mri. Ok dont look that bad.they laid me down n put a mirror on top of the cage they put around my head. Then they slid me in. The noise wasn't bad n half my torse n legs were out. Didn't feel like a tight squeeze. The illusion that mirror gave was like I was under my truck fixing something. ...

I checked in early and they took me in for X-rays well before my scheduled time. The rad tech was very courteous and professional, confirming my identity and what images were needed and clearly explaining each step.
