So disappointed. Best place to go for MRI, now I'm being told they don't accept my insurance. This is horrible and a surprise. We've been going here for years, loyal to the last and this is what happens. Bye bye smil, you used to be so good to us....

Everyone knew what they were doing. Professional and friendly staff. Clean facility. Lots of seating. The imaging went super fast. I was in and out within 30 minutes which included me having to change. Xray tech was super nice and wonderful. I highly recommend this facility!

I made an appt online for an MRI after a referral from my ortho. It was quick to get an appt (I scheduled online which is also easy to navigate) with a time that works for me. When I came in today I was greeted right away and checked in. I didn’t have a long wait despite being early for my appt. Samantha was my MRI tech and she was kind and gentle. I went in for a biopsy and was quite nervous. My experience with the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I was met with friendly staff, wonderful bedside manner, informative, patient, and conversational doctor and tech. I would recommend SMIL Imaging to anyone!

I've enjoyed going to SMIL for the multiple diagnostic images I've needed over the years because of their state of the art equipment, helpful attendants, efficient billing, and clean facilities. Recently SMIL determined they are no longer accepting my health insurance, United Healthcare, this is very disappointing and I hope they reverse their decision.

I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve been. The staff are very kind and caring. I’ve been there using walker and a cane and was easily accommodated. This location is my favorite, but I haven’t been to a bad one yet.
