I registered at 3:45, took X-rays, had my MRI & walking out by 4:20. It doesn’t get any better! The images were fantastic! Thanks Randy, Fidel, X-ray tech, Daniela; you’re all brilliant!

I have always loved working with SMIL, they are very professional and caring. If they see that a patient is in pain or using a walker, they will always send the registration person to the patient instead of making the patient walk back to them, when their name is called. They are very accommodating. When my insurance tried to send me elsewhere it did not turn out well, they were horrible, Simon Med, and I will never go back. SMIL is highly recommended by me.

Staff was courteous and professional. X-ray technician knew exactly how my doctor wanted imaging done and did a great job. She was gentle and efficient, really knew her stuff!

Not only was Marilyn helpful, she was also beautiful. She had a good sense of humor. Once she put me in the MRI Machine correctly (I have Cancer of the Feet) everything went OK! They'll need to clean up the machine pretty soon, but it worked wonderfully. But in all seriousness, Marilyn was awesome, she didn't put me in the MRI Machine backwards, and I made up the MRI with graffiti all over it with AI. SMIL was Great! 🧠

Time after time this has been a pleasant experience. You might not like the test you are getting but the staff is great and the procedure is timely.

Everyone at SMIL is very professional. They are kind, courteous and are just overall nice! I had a really bad experience at another imaging center and they put my mind at ease as soon as I came in the door.

Front office staff are welcoming and nice. Techs are also nice and helpful.

Everyone from check in to check out was wonderful. Always a good experience.

Appt was at 8a, I came in at 735a and was seen by 745a and out by 815a Very quick turn around and nice staff

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THORAL.

Went here for 3 Tests, during one visit. Would recommend however, this medical imaging center is a bit outdated. Pros: Most of the wait-time is out of the lobby, in a female patient area only. Once taken into room for my 1st test, the three went quickly.

Personnel was courteous and respectful, as well as on time.

Wait time in the main office is minimal, and the staff are always pleasant.

The place to go for imaging. I’ve never had to wait, there is a calm, peaceful atmosphere that helps you feel better about what you need to get done and all the staff is professional, empathetic and kind.

I waited about 1/2 hour after I was scheduled. That seemed rather long but everything was fine.

Best mammogram experience ever! Courteous and fast.
