Preparations- Breast Ultrasound
On the day of your breast ultrasound exam at SMIL, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. You will be asked to undress from the waist up.
I had a great experience getting my CT scan here. The paperwork process was very convenient because I was able to complete everything online before my appointment. The instructions provided ahead of time were clear and easy to follow, which helped me feel prepared.
When I arrived, the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was professional and willing to answer any questions I had, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging services. Thank you to the staff for providing such excellent care and making the process smooth from start to finish.

Their radiologist and other technicians are great. However, the Bureaucrats handling appointments and orders from doctors need more training, or just don't care about the old people like me that have difficulty walking and showing up to their imaging. I showed up today in the morning without an appointment because my cardiologist gave me an appointment in two days, and they couldn't find the order for my X-rays or they don't accept walk-ins. I got a call later to come back after someone found the order, waste of gasoline and my limited walking as I wait for my hip replacement. That's very inconsiderate of these Bureaucrats. I used to supervise government Bureaucrats and I always pressed on the importance of the public and their satisfaction with the service. These people either need training, their management doesn't care, or they're complacent with their business model. But it shows that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand it's doing

Had a great experience at this SMIL location for an MRI. The check-in process was very efficient with minimal wait time. And the techs Sidney & Melana were awesome, so friendly & professional. Sidney has serious IV skills, I usually have trouble but I didn't even feel the stick. They talked me through the whole thing, will def make future appointments at this location.
