Very helpful staff. They did their best straightening out a confusing request from the ordering physician's office, hopefully preventing billing issues.

I have been going to SMIL for over 10 years now I have always gone to the Scottsdale location. I had to go in for my mammogram and they always need extra . This time around I had to go to the Gilbert location. From the start at the front desk all the way to the back their staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and made me feel comfortable and it went smoothly. I drive 200 miles just to come to one of their facilities. For the very first time that I have been going there the Gilbert site had the Dr actually come in to let me know my results and introduce himself. I have decided this is the one, I will be going to from now on.

I've had my fair share of MRIs over the years, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. From check-in to the scan itself, the whole process felt easy and stress-free. A huge thank you to LuLu and Michelle — they were both incredibly kind and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Their care and attentiveness turned what's usually a stressful appointment into a genuinely positive one. It's clear they truly care about their patients. If you're nervous about getting an MRI, I can't recommend this location enough — ask for LuLu and Michelle if you can!
