Great News – We're Welcoming Back UnitedHealthcare Patients as of May 1, 2025!

We are thrilled to announce that we have reached a new agreement with UnitedHealthcare for Commercial and Medicare plans! Starting May 1, 2025, services at all SMIL locations will once again be in-network.

Please refer to our UHC Scheduling Options Charts to help answer any questions you may have about appointment scheduling options available to UnitedHealthcare patients before and after the May 1st effective date. Our scheduling team is also available by phone to answer questions at 480-425-5030.

UnitedHealthcare patients may schedule new appointments on or after May 1st without restrictions by calling 480-425-5030.
