SMIL's contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield

We have reached an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, you will have no lapse in your coverage and will be in-network for any upcoming appointments. You can also schedule new appointments on and after Friday, Nov. 24 with no restrictions.

If you cancelled an appointment during these contract negotiations and placed yourself on our waitlist for when an agreement was reached, we will contact you directly soon. If you'd like to schedule a new appointment, please call 480-425-5030.

Thank you for your patience and support during this process. It was important we come to an agreement that allows us to continue to invest in quality, innovation, and services so our patients have access to the best, highest quality, and safest medical imaging experience.
