To get started

  1. You must first create an online request by clicking the button above.
  2. SMIL IT Support will activate a RoyalMD account for you and issue you a temporary password.
  3. You can then log into RoyalMD from any device with your user name and temporary password.
  4. If you need a brief orientation to the easy-to-use system call 480-425-5019 to be put in touch with your SMIL representative.
