SMIL offers patients the latest technology for spine scans. Spine scans help SMIL radiologists detect or rule out spinal column damage or abnormalities. scans show the anatomy of the vertebrae that make up the spine, as well as the discs, spinal cord and the spaces between the vertebrae through which nerves pass.
We've been the exclusive radiologists for ASU athletics since 2015, consult for various Cactus League MLB teams, and our radiologists have provided imaging services for a number of college and pro sports teams across the country including the Pittsburgh Penguins and Cincinnati Reds.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans performed by SMIL board-certified radiologists offer a noninvasive medical test that helps physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions relating to the spine.
NeuroQuant
NeuroQuant is FDA-approved software that performs volumetric calculations of
brain MRIs and compares them to a database of people of the same age, sex and
cranial volume, with healthy brains. It is an invaluable tool that SMIL radiologists use
because of its reliability and proven track record of quantifying minute differences
across several areas of the brain.
