I have had 3 MRI’s here, and while the techs who do the MRI have always been friendly and competent, I wish to single out nurse/assistant Miranda for going above and beyond. I am pretty claustrophobic and initially selected this site because of the wide bore machine. Even so, Miranda has worked with me to calm me down and get me in the right frame of mind. Always courteous staff, and no weights in the lobby. Quick courteous, kind, and efficient.

Fast, friendly and comfortable.

Easy, efficient, friendly. People go here for health reasons, so, slightly worrying time for the visitors such as myself, but the staff's friendly, easy-going nature helped ease the process. Helpful too, as there was a slight mess up in my appointment's paperwork which they sorted out quickly.

In & out quick once my appointment day came. Mammogram technician was professional & caring.

Luke was spot on with explaining the process. Highly recommended

Staff was very friendly and efficient. No long wait times, check-in to check- out was around 30 minutes.

Quick check-in, minimal waiting, technician polite as she introduces herself and explains what is going to happen.

I registered at 3:45, took X-rays, had my MRI & walking out by 4:20. It doesn’t get any better! The images were fantastic! Thanks Randy, Fidel, X-ray tech, Daniela; you’re all brilliant!

I have always loved working with SMIL, they are very professional and caring. If they see that a patient is in pain or using a walker, they will always send the registration person to the patient instead of making the patient walk back to them, when their name is called. They are very accommodating. When my insurance tried to send me elsewhere it did not turn out well, they were horrible, Simon Med, and I will never go back. SMIL is highly recommended by me.

Staff was courteous and professional. X-ray technician knew exactly how my doctor wanted imaging done and did a great job. She was gentle and efficient, really knew her stuff!

Not only was Marilyn helpful, she was also beautiful. She had a good sense of humor. Once she put me in the MRI Machine correctly (I have Cancer of the Feet) everything went OK! They'll need to clean up the machine pretty soon, but it worked wonderfully. But in all seriousness, Marilyn was awesome, she didn't put me in the MRI Machine backwards, and I made up the MRI with graffiti all over it with AI. SMIL was Great! 🧠

Fast & efficient!

I will never go anywhere for radiology or anything like that except SMIL! Y'all are the best and I appreciate all y’all!

Time after time this has been a pleasant experience. You might not like the test you are getting but the staff is great and the procedure is timely.

Fast friendly and professional. That's what you can expect from SMIL

Everyone at SMIL is very professional. They are kind, courteous and are just overall nice! I had a really bad experience at another imaging center and they put my mind at ease as soon as I came in the door.

Front office staff are welcoming and nice. Techs are also nice and helpful.

Everyone from check in to check out was wonderful. Always a good experience.
