Always friendly, professional and respectful. However, 3 months to wait for an appointment is ridiculous! If I have to wait that long again I may be moving on!

I made my appointment online and arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time. They checked me in immediately and I only waited about 3 minutes before I was called back for my imaging. The tech was professional and thorough. I was impressed with their efficiency!

Excellent imaging center with very short wait times and extremely competent and personable staff!

Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly.

The staff was amazing! I think I had a smile on face the entire time I was there Even after I waited in the lobby for 4 hours for my medical transportation to pick me up. Again the SMIL staff didn't disappoint, the receptionist got ahold of the SMIL office manager and they ordered me an Uber home. I can guarantee that I will never go to any other imaging facility. I'm in love with the SMIL staff! Thank you so much!

The staff is incredible. So friendly, highly professional, caring and emphatic.

Very easy process. Get in, sign your paperwork, get undressed, get on the MRI, relax and take a nap, get dressed and go! There was no delay or unnecessary wait time and the results were sent to my doctor right away.

Without a doubt, everyone here is so friendly and professional. Waiting to get a MRI done and they let me know that it’s gonna be a minute. I WOULD RECOMMEND

I scheduled on line, and the day of my appointment everything was quick. I checked in, had my xray and was told I was finished all within about 15 min.

This facility is always a pleasure to come to. Close by and convenient to me. This time however with the elevator not working it was slight inconvenience, with the Asthma, and heart issues I’m having, to climb up 3 floors. Nonetheless it was a slight minor inconvenience, I’m sure it was solved properly. This place is a great facility to come to for X-rays and Sonograms. Thank you for all you do.

I forgot my appointment was at 2:55. I showed up closer to 355. The front desk was so nice. They were able to call back and see if they could squeeze me in for a chest x-ray. They were so awesome. They got me in. Took them about 10 minutes. I was even more impressed with how fast they submitted the results to my chart. I’ve never had bad experiences here. Whether it’s an MRI or an x-ray.

I had a good experience at this imaging facility. The medical personnel were friendly, professional, and compassionate in their care. I would go to this location again if needed. Also, the wait time was only a few minutes.

SMIL at Scottsdale and Osborn is great place for X-rays and test. The staff is always friendly and very professional, the appointments are prompt and the place is modern and clean.
